Can posting through Sentworth hurt my account?
- Posts only what you scheduled
- Never likes, follows, replies or messages
- Never sends a post twice by itself
Sentworth posts only what you scheduled, at the times you picked. It does not like, follow, reply or send messages for you. We never send a post twice by ourselves. Each network makes its own rules and does not tell us how it judges an account, so we cannot know or promise what a network will do.
How each network connects
- LinkedIn
Press Connect LinkedIn and allow Sentworth on LinkedIn's own page. Personal profiles only. LinkedIn asks you to connect again every 60 days.
- X
Press Connect X and allow Sentworth on X's own page. A link in your post is left out of the X post, because X charges far more for it.
- Bluesky
In Bluesky's settings, make an app password for Sentworth, then give us your handle and that app password. It is not your account password.
- Telegram
Add our bot, @sentworth_bot, to your public channel as an administrator with “Post messages” on, then tell us the channel's @name. We check it can post before we say connected.
- Mastodon
Type your server's address, such as mastodon.social, then allow Sentworth on that server's own page.
- Instagram and TikTok
Instagram and TikTok follow as soon as Meta and TikTok allow us to post for you. Both connect on Meta's and TikTok's own pages.
What each answer means
- Scheduled
- The post is waiting for its time. You can still change it or cancel it.
- Sending
- We are handing the post to the network right now. It usually takes a few seconds.
- Arrived
- The network has the post. The receipt shows the link to the live post.
- Did not arrive
- The network did not take the post. The receipt says why and the one thing to do next, such as “Reconnect Bluesky”.
- Sent, not confirmed
- We sent the post, but the network gave no answer. It may be there. We look for it, or ask you to look, and never send it again blind.
If a post does not arrive, you see it on the receipt, in your list of posts and in an email.
What is a send?
One post to one account. A post to LinkedIn, Bluesky and Mastodon is three sends, and each gets its own answer on the receipt. Sends are not counted against your plan: you pay for the number of accounts you connect. Prices.
Assistants and your own programs
Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants can hand posts to your Sentworth account through one address, after you allow them once. Your own programs can do the same with a key you make in Settings. Posts handed in go out at the time given, like any other, unless you switch on “Ask me first” for a network. An assistant cannot connect or disconnect accounts, change your plan, or see your passwords or card.
Getting your money back
Ask within 7 days of a charge and you get it back: Settings, then “Ask for a refund”, or write to support@sentworth.com. Cancel any time in two clicks; nothing more is charged. Refund policy · Delete my data
