1The short version
- We promise an answer for every post, not that every post arrives. Each network decides what it accepts.
- We never send a post twice by ourselves.
- You follow each network's rules and post only what you have the right to post.
- 7 days free, then you pay monthly. Cancel any time; nothing is charged after your plan ends.
- Money back within 7 days of a charge. See the refund policy.
2Who you agree with
These terms are an agreement between you and Viral Development, LLC ("we", "us"), 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States, which runs Sentworth at sentworth.com. By making an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy page.
You must be at least 18, or the age of adulthood where you live, and able to agree to these terms. If you sign up for a business, you agree for it.
3What Sentworth does
Sentworth lets you write a post once and send it, now or at a time you pick, to the accounts you connect on LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Telegram and Mastodon, and on other networks as they open to us. You can also hand posts to it from an AI assistant or your own program.
For every post sent to a network, you get one of these answers:
- Arrived, with the link to the live post.
- Did not arrive, with the reason and what to do next.
- Sent, not confirmed, when we sent the post and the network gave no answer. The post may or may not be there; we look for it or ask you to look.
A post is sent to each network once. We never send it again by ourselves unless we can show that nothing was posted. If you press "Send again" yourself after "Sent, not confirmed", a second copy may appear.
What we do not promise. We do not promise that every post arrives, or arrives at the exact second. Networks change their rules, go down, and refuse posts for reasons they do not always give. We do our best and tell you plainly what happened.
4Your account and the networks' rules
You are responsible for what you post and for keeping your sign-in safe. You agree to:
- Follow the rules of each network you post to. Each network makes its own rules and can act on your account under them.
- On X, not reply to or mention people who did not bring your account into the conversation, and not post the same text to two X accounts of yours.
- Post nothing a network forbids, nothing unlawful, and nothing you do not have the right to post.
- Not use Sentworth to send spam, to harass anyone, or to get around a network's limits or a ban.
- Not try to break, overload or get into parts of Sentworth that are not yours.
Can posting through Sentworth affect your accounts? Sentworth posts only what you scheduled, at the times you picked. It does not like, follow, reply or send messages for you. Each network judges accounts by its own rules, which it does not fully publish, so we cannot know or promise what a network will do.
One limit against abuse applies to every login: 400 posts an hour and 100 in 5 minutes. A link in a post to X is left out of the X post, because X charges far more for posts with links; the other networks keep it.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or a network's trust in us at risk. Where we can, we tell you first and say why.
5Your posts are yours
You keep every right in what you write and upload. You give us permission to store it, process it and send it to the networks you choose, only to run Sentworth for you. That permission ends when you delete it or your account, except for copies already published on a network.
6Plans, the trial and paying
- Starter: $29 a month, up to 15 connected accounts.
- Pro: $79 a month, up to 99 connected accounts.
Both plans include every network, X too, and the ways for assistants and programs to hand in posts. No plan counts posts. Prices are in US dollars. The payment page shows the total, with any tax, before you pay.
The 7-day trial. After you make an account, you give a card on Stripe's own page before you can connect an account or write a post. You use everything your plan includes for 7 days. Your card is charged on day 8 unless you cancel before then: free for 7 days, then $29 a month on Starter ($79 on Pro). Cancel any time.
Paying. Plans renew each month on the same date and are charged to your card by Stripe until you cancel. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again for a few days and your plan keeps working meanwhile; if it still fails, the plan ends.
Cancelling. Cancel in two clicks in Settings, without writing to anyone. Your plan runs until the end of the month you paid for, and nothing more is charged.
When a plan ends. Your posts, drafts and receipts stay. Scheduled posts dated after the end stay too, marked "Will not go out". Nothing is deleted unless you delete it.
Refunds. Ask within 7 days of a charge and you get it back. The refund policy has the details.
Price changes. We tell you by email at least 30 days before a new price applies to you.
7Leaving
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, or by writing to support@sentworth.com. Delete my data explains what is deleted and when.
8Limits of our responsibility
Sentworth is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or a network's action on your account, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
9Changes and the law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
